Hailing from a musical family in County Kilkenny, Ireland, singer-songwriter Annika Kilkenny first fell in love with the piano, taking early lessons from her aunt. It wasn’t long before she began exploring the instrument on her own, creating original compositions and quietly filling notebooks with lyrics. With a gentle push from friends, Annika stepped into the spotlight—winning first place at a regional talent competition and gaining confidence in her unique voice.

After her 2024 debut project Look Mom I Made It, Annika returned in February with her sophomore EP Me In The Mud. The release quickly gained momentum, earning her tour support slots with Cian Ducrot, Nick Mulvey and Maro.

Her music is warm, introspective, and storytelling-driven, often touching on themes of self-acceptance and personal growth. Inspired by artists like Lizzy McAlpine Annika uses social media as a kind of musical sketchbook, sharing works-in-progress and connecting with listeners as her sound continues to evolve.
